The Sustainable Design Company offers Interior Design, Styling, Project Management and Permaculture consultancy. Since 2001, we have created a reliable team of contract builders, building tradespeople and craftspeople to fulfil renovation works on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We have twenty years experience in project management for contract builders throughout Sydney and the Southern Highlands. Our core passion is to renovate and fit homes with stylish Environmentally Sustainable materials and function, whilst meeting our clients' budgetary requirements and individual tastes. We encourage using recycled or reclaimed materials and have access to a specialist range of eco friendly products. Our own collection and network of ESD home furnishings and décor suppliers is useful for Special Events, Exhibitions and property display Styling needs. Additional projects of interest include:
• Establishment of SDC Eco Centre at Griffin Road North Curl Curl Sydney. The property was renovated using recycled materials, eco paints and ESD principles whilst offering a range of introductory permaculture courses, an educational garden, Eco retail shop and commercial rooms for lease.

• Natural Base store Manly and online store at www.naturalbase.com.au providing organic and non toxic lifestyle products and home wares.

• President for Permaculture Sydney North 2004-2006 (non-profit permaculture community group). This role delivered a complete re-structure for the organisation and a new vision within the group. An executive committee was established, team leaders, new Business Model and Plan, marketing strategies, comprehensive operational and administration systems were implemented. We are very proud to see the group further advanced today, with a dynamic member base and continuing community projects.
